How do you deliver the batteries?

We use Australia Post or Aramex (Fastway).

We are based in Sydney, NSW, Australia and we serve all of Australia!

 

What's your refund policy?

We also don't like buying things online, only to find out they're shit. If our quality hasn't met your expectations, let us know, and we'll help you out ASAP! We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

We are very, very sorry if the batteries don't work. However, we don't accept returns if you've changed your mind or made a mistake when purchasing batteries.

For a return:

  • Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • All batteries must be returned, in it's original packaging.

To submit a request for a return, please email hello@rebattery.com.au and let us know what's wrong. We'll see if there's anything we can do to make them work before a return, to save you time and get you the power you need right now. If we can't, we will get you to send it back to us. Please await for approval before sending your package back, as we do not accept incoming returns that have not been approved by the team.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. 

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order for a direct refund. If you return your item for a store credit or exchange we will waive the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label complimentary 😊.
